Since our creation in 2013 our Community Interest Company, ADR Mediation & Training, has grown its reputation and workforce to become one of the leading mediation services in the North of England. Our staff are supported by a team of volunteer mediators who are all trained to College of Mediators standard.
ADR Mediation & Training CIC works to help improve lives through encouraging communication and developing a better understanding between those in dispute. Our aim is to resolve conflicts and empower people to deal with future issues. Our partners trust our work, knowledge and expertise.
ADR Mediation & Training was founded by current Director Kim Logan. She has worked in communities across England and is a NOCN trained mediator with more than a decade of experience. Completing her PTTLS training in 2007, Kim also has a BA in Social Work & Welfare Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
Kim says ‘Our professional approach and experience has given us a variety of mediation techniques which enables us to empower individuals to achieve a positive and sustainable outcome. The purpose of our work is to enable those in dispute to have a voice and improve their quality of life. We do not have a ‘one model fits all approach’ and work individually with our partners and clients.’
