Join ADR Mediation as a Community/Neighbour Mediator
ADR Mediation seeks a skilled Community/Neighbour Mediator for a remote role, with occasional meetings at our Preston City Centre office. This position involves comprehensive case management within designated areas.
We Offer

- Competitive salary, starting at £11 per hour, varies by experience and location
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and joint mediation sessions
- Efficient case management from start to finish
- Maintain and update case records
- Participate in staff meetings and support partner relationships
Requirements
- Valid mediation qualification
- Minimum 12 months of relevant experience
- Recent mediation practice evidence
- Knowledge in housing, online, and telephone mediation
- Competency in IT and case management systems
- Mental health and safeguarding awareness (training provided if necessary)
- UK driving licence and car access
- Location: UK Wide
