Join ADR Mediation as a Community/Neighbour Mediator

ADR Mediation seeks a skilled Community/Neighbour Mediator for a remote role, with occasional meetings at our Preston City Centre office. This position involves comprehensive case management within designated areas.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary, starting at £11 per hour, varies by experience and location

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and joint mediation sessions 
  • Efficient case management from start to finish 
  • Maintain and update case records 
  • Participate in staff meetings and support partner relationships

Requirements

  • Valid mediation qualification 
  • Minimum 12 months of relevant experience 
  • Recent mediation practice evidence 
  • Knowledge in housing, online, and telephone mediation 
  • Competency in IT and case management systems 
  • Mental health and safeguarding awareness (training provided if necessary) 
  • UK driving licence and car access 
  • Location: UK Wide

Become a Volunteer Mediator with ADR Mediation

We are looking for passionate Volunteer Mediators in North West England or the Midlands to join our mission of resolving conflicts and fostering community harmony.
