Our Recruitment Process

Our latest recruitment window is open from 13 July to 31 July.

At ADR Conflict Specialists, we’re committed to a fair, open and transparent recruitment process. Every application is reviewed against the requirements of the role, with shortlisted candidates invited to a competency-based interview designed to assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed.

Growth & Strategy Director (Consultant)

Are you a strategic leader with the vision to help shape the future of a growing organisation?

ADR are seeking a Growth & Strategy Director (Consultant) to join our leadership board. Working alongside the Managing Director and fellow board members, you’ll help shape the organisation’s strategic direction, identify opportunities for sustainable growth and strengthen our position within the housing, community safety and public sectors.

This is a strategic consultancy appointment focused on organisational growth, partnerships, innovation and long-term development. You’ll play an important role in ensuring ADR continues to evolve, expand its impact and deliver against its vision, mission and values.

Business Development Administrator (Associate)

Are you organised, proactive and skilled at coordinating projects and opportunities?

We’re looking for a Business Development Administrator (Associate) to support our growing business development function. Working closely with the Business Development Director, you’ll help manage enquiries, coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records and support the day-to-day activity that helps ADR build strong relationships and secure new opportunities.

Head Of People Development (Consultant)

Are you passionate about developing people, building capability and creating high-performing team?

ADR are seeking a Head of People Development (Consultant) to join our leadership board. This strategic role will lead the organisation’s approach to people development, ensuring our employees, associates, volunteers and leadership team have the knowledge, skills and support to thrive.

Working collaboratively with the board as a part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you’ll help shape a positive learning culture, develop career pathways and ensure our people remain at the heart of everything we do.

Are you passionate about learning and development and committed to raising professional standards?

We’re looking for a Head of Training (Consultant) to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the strategic development of ADR Conflict Specialists’ training portfolio. You’ll oversee the quality, development and continuous improvement of our learning offer, ensuring our courses remain relevant, engaging and responsive to the needs of the housing, community safety and public sectors.

Working closely with colleagues, trainers and subject matter experts, you’ll help shape the future of ADR’s training provision, develop new learning opportunities and ensure our programmes continue to deliver meaningful impact for individuals and organisations alike.

Head of Operations (Consultant)

Do you enjoy creating efficient systems, improving processes and making sure everything runs as it should?

We’re looking for a Head of Operations (Consultant) to join our Senior Leadership Team and oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of ADR Conflict Specialists. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems, processes and services operate efficiently, supporting colleagues, associates and volunteers to deliver outstanding outcomes for the people and organisations we work with.

Working closely with the Managing Director and wider Senior Leadership Team, you’ll help drive continuous improvement, maintain high standards of quality and compliance, and ensure ADR is well positioned to support its continued growth.

We’re looking to expand our network of Conflict Resolution Practitioners who deliver mediation, conflict coaching and restorative practice across housing, community safety and public services. If you’re passionate about helping people navigate conflict through communication and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services, we’d love to hear from you.

Existing ADR Conflict Resolution Practitioner Associates do not need to reapply. As part of ADR’s continued growth, we’re introducing a new Associate Agreement and updated terms and conditions for all practitioners. These changes provide greater clarity around areas including travel and expenses, mandatory training and continuing professional development, quality assurance, and the expectations of representing ADR professionally and acting as an ambassador for the organisation.

Training Associates

Are you an engaging trainer with expertise that can inspire, educate and make a real difference?

We’re looking to expand our network of Training Associates to deliver high-quality workshops, webinars and professional development programmes across housing, community safety and public services.

As a Training Associate, you’ll deliver ADR’s professionally developed training programmes while bringing your own knowledge, experience and practical insight to every session. Beyond training delivery, you’ll play an important role in supporting events, raising ADR’s profile and helping us continue to build a reputation for outstanding learning experiences.

Existing ADR Training Associates do not need to reapply. As part of ADR’s continued growth, we’re introducing a new Associate Agreement and updated terms and conditions for all Training Associates. These changes provide greater clarity around areas including travel and expenses, mandatory training, intellectual property, quality standards and the expectations of representing ADR professionally and acting as an ambassador for the organisation.

Do you want to use your conflict resolution skills to make a positive difference in your community?

ADR Conflict Specialists is looking to expand our network of Volunteer Conflict Resolution Practitioners to support the delivery of mediation, conflict coaching and restorative practice services. As part of our volunteer network, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, work alongside experienced practitioners and help individuals, organisations and communities navigate conflict through communication.

Existing ADR Volunteer Conflict Resolution Practitioners do not need to reapply. As part of ADR’s continued growth, we’re introducing a new Volunteer Agreement and updated terms and conditions for all volunteers. These changes provide greater clarity around areas including travel and expenses, mandatory training, supervision, quality assurance and the expectations of representing ADR professionally and acting as an ambassador for the organisation.

Designated Safeguarding Lead (Associate)

Are you an experienced safeguarding professional looking for a flexible role where you can make a real difference?

We’re looking for a Designated Safeguarding Lead (Associate) to support ADR Conflict Specialists in maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding across our services. Working alongside our practitioners, consultants and volunteers, you’ll provide expert advice, guidance and oversight, helping to ensure safeguarding concerns are managed appropriately and in line with legislation, policy and best practice.

This is a flexible associate opportunity for someone who is passionate about promoting safe practice and supporting colleagues to deliver services with confidence.

Are you highly organised with an eye for detail and a passion for keeping things running smoothly?

We’re looking for a Contract Administrator (Associate) to support the day-to-day administration of ADR Conflict Specialists. You’ll play an important role in preparing contracts and agreements, maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation and supporting the efficient delivery of our services.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, takes pride in accuracy and wants to be part of an organisation making a positive difference.

Triage Administrator (Associate)

Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to put people at ease from the very first conversation?

We’re looking for a Triage Administrator (Associate) to become the first point of contact for referrals into ADR Conflict Specialists. You’ll play a vital role in gathering information, assessing referrals, coordinating the triage process and ensuring cases are allocated efficiently to the most appropriate service or practitioner.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is organised, empathetic and confident communicating with people experiencing conflict or challenging situations.
