Happy Friday!
There is a real buzz building around Conflict Resolution Week 2026 and the Conflict Resolution Live conference in Manchester. As a team we are really excited about the week – which is now only just over 10 weeks away!
Tickets for the conference are moving quickly, new sponsors have joined us this week, and registrations for our free webinars are climbing steadily. It is encouraging to see so many organisations recognising that communication and conflict competence are not optional extras, they are core skills. Here is what you need to know this week…
Conflict Resolution Live – Early Bird Ends 28th February!
Conflict Resolution Live takes place on 30 April 2026 in Manchester, and one third of tickets have already been sold.
Early bird pricing runs until the end of February. After that, ticket prices increase.
This is a practical, hands on national conference focused on communication in action. Across the day you will take part in four interactive workshops covering clarity in conversations, resilience on the frontline, complaint handling and understanding the dynamics that drive behaviour
Alongside the workshops, there will be specialist speaker sessions and a live panel exploring what effective conflict response really looks like across housing, community safety and frontline services.
If your role involves managing complaints, ASB, risk, behaviour or difficult conversations, this is a day designed to strengthen your confidence and sharpen your practice.
Two New Sponsors Supporting Conflict Resolution Week
We are proud to welcome two organisations who are backing Conflict Resolution Week 2026 in meaningful ways.
Kingdom Academy – Toolkit Sponsor
Kingdom Academy are sponsoring the Conflict Resolution Week Toolkit, the practical activity pack that will help organisations run internal events and conversations during the week.
The toolkit will include structured ideas, prompts and guidance to help teams engage with the themes of communication and conflict in a way that fits their organisation. Kingdom Academy’s focus on building professional capability through sector specific training makes this a natural partnership, and we are delighted to be working together.
More details on accessing the toolkit will follow shortly.
Consilium Training & Support – Conference Programme Sponsor
Consilium Training & Support have joined us as sponsors of the Conflict Resolution Live conference programme.
With extensive practitioner experience in investigative practice, enforcement and legal proceedings, Consilium bring a strong focus on clarity, precision and robust process. Their work in facilitating challenging conversations aligns closely with the themes of the conference, and we are pleased to have their support.
